PRODUCTS
All products sold by the Ducado Jóias, Lda. jewelry are used artefacts cleaned and polished by competent professionals so that our customers purchase them in perfect conditions.

ONLINE ORDERING
For online purchases, customers need to register, in doing so data privacy is guaranteed. The data will only be used by Ducado jóias, Lda. The order will be shipped after payment confirmation.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

- Customers who buy items through our online store have the right of free resolution under the terms of article 11 of Decree-Law 24/2014 of 14 February.
This right must be exercised within a maximum period of 14 days from the day of receipt of the order, by communicating to the email online@ducadojoias.com
The article must be sent to Rua de Cedofeita, 242 4050-174 Porto Portugal, always accompanied by the invoice and only returns of articles in the same state in which they were sent will be accepted.
Upon receipt of the returned item to Ducado Jóias,Lda, the customer will be refunded the amount paid.

- For orders that have additional shipping costs:
  • In case of return or non-acceptance of the order after dispatch, the value of the postage is not refunded.
- The customer will only have to bear the cost of shipping for the exchange or return of their items.

Observations:

Articles that the customer has requested are excluded from possible exchange or refund.

All our shipments are insured.

Please note that fees, including customs fees, may apply to shipments outside the EU. If applicable, these fees are the buyer's responsibility.

WATCHES WARRANTY:

Technical support is provided by Ducado Jóias, Lda.

Two years of warranty starting from the date of purchase covering watch functions during this period.
Watch case is excluded from warranty as well as bracelet, braces, crown, glass, coatings, damage caused by misuse such as as dents and drops or damage resulting from restrictions due to water resistance as described by the manufacturer.

The watch shipping and dispatch costs are the customer's responsibility.
Repairs or services performed by someone other than Ducado Jóias, Lda. technicians voids the warranty.
After the warranty expires, Ducado Jóias, Lda. declines all the liabilities regarding watch damages.

When submitting your watch for technical warranty services be sure to attach the following:

  • Name
  • Copy of the invoice
  • Copy of the warranty
  • Description of issue that the watch has
  • Ship the watch if possible in its original box, if not possible make sure that is properly packaged for delivery to Ducado Jóias, Lda. by registered mail.
